Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Sector 5, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and prior experience in customer support. This is an onsite role requiring immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, or chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer service
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Shift & Allowance:
Night Shift (Male candidates): ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance per month
Fixed Day Shift for Female Candidates
Salary:
Fresher:15000 in Hand
Experience upto CTC: ₹20,000 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month (excluding night shift allowance)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
