Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
● Assist customers with product-related questions and issues.
● Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
● Collaborate with teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
● Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Qualifications:
● Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
