Position Summary: As a Dairy Queen Crew Member, you will be the face of the restaurant, providing outstanding customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages. You will ensure that each customer enjoys the delicious Dairy Queen menu offerings in a friendly, clean, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food orders and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Prepare food items, including burgers, fries, salads, and soft serve treats, according to Dairy Queen standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations.
• Handle cash register and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of food and supplies.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Respond to customer concerns or questions in a positive, professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight requirement if applicable].
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
