Position: Daytime Nanny/NCS/RN (Newborn Support)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Start Date: ASAP - July 2025
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. - paid overtime over 40 hours a week
Child: 1 newborn (born June 25, 2025)
Rate: $50/hr for first 40 hours, then time and a half for the right candidate

Description:
A loving family in Beverly Hills is seeking newborn support and is looking for someone with strong experience-ideally a Registered Nurse (RN), trained Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), or a highly experienced nanny with infant expertise. The family is receiving 24-hour care and is seeking a caregiver for the overnight shift who can continue the same thoughtful, developmentally appropriate care with consistency and confidence.

They are hoping to find someone proactive, grounded, and highly capable-someone who can take initiative without needing constant direction or bringing up minor issues unnecessarily. Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction well from the daytime caregiver and parents is essential.

The ideal candidate will have some formal education in early childhood development, as well as a background in newborn care or nursing. While the family is specifically requesting a Newborn Care Specialist, they understand the title can be used broadly-preference will be given to candidates who have completed a reputable training program or been mentored through a structured process.

A strong understanding of sleep shaping/sleep sculpting practices is also important, as the family is working to establish healthy sleep habits early on.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
