DEBUG TECHNICIAN / ENGINEER

TECHNICIAN POSITIONS

(Salary: $2,000 $3,000, depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: [Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 , Singapore]
Start Date: Immediate

12-hour permanent work (Day/Night).
Work pattern: 4 days work, 3 days off 3 days work, 4 days off

** Working Hour: 7 to 7

Debug Technician

• Must have basic progremming and debugging knowledge
• Must be proficient in C++and Linux
• Assist engineer to carry out all the Test related activities for server & Rack products for the production
• To support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products
• Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process
• Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process
• To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with engineer on the improvemen
• Participate in the Kaizen activities
• To update the test program masterlist & tracking
• To prepare and update Working Instruction
• To provide trainings over W/I to production
• To support on the NPI Process
• To support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

ENGINEERS POSITIONS

(Salary: $3,000 $5,000, depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: [Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 , Singapore]
Start Date: Immediate

Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Buyer Support: Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of components and materials for production.
• Debug: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in systems, equipment, or products during manufacturing and testing stages.
• Equipment Automation: Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• NPI (New Product Introduction): Support the introduction of new products into production, including test plan development, qualification, and pilot runs.
• Process Engineering: Optimize manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness; document and standardize procedures.
• Product Engineering: Provide technical support for product development, design validation, and continuous improvements.
• Test Engineering: Develop and execute test procedures, analyze test results, and ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations and project success.
• Generate technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
