Are you an energetic, customer-focused home and kitchen designer who loves turning dreams into layouts and Pinterest boards into reality? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same? If so, The Designery Denver wants you on our team.

We're a locally owned, boutique home renovation studio, and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Designer to help homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces they’ll love for years to come. Our work is rooted in craftsmanship, collaboration, and creativity—with just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead kitchen, bath, and closet design projects from initial consult to final install
• Guide customers through product selections (cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliances, tile, oh my!)
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors and installers, and keep things on track
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Delivery timely good news and bad, and work tirelessly to solve the inevitable challenges that arise during a home renovation
• Help shape our growing design process and client experience—we're still scrappy and love ideas!

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in kitchen design (experience with KitchenPro, ClosetPro, or 2020 a big plus)
• Experience in measuring spaces and cabinetry configuration and customization
• Strong customer service instincts—you know how to listen, reassure, and deliver
• Project management savvy—you're organized, proactive, and great at juggling details
• A passion for design with an eye for layout, function, and finish selections, plus a willingness to do math—double and triple checking measurements
• Comfort working in a startup environment—we’re growing fast and figuring things out as we go
• Ability to work some nights and weekends

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
