Hiring for an ideal candidate who has experience with teenagers, mental health, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and following policies. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve through supervision, support, and promoting independence.
All Caring Hands, LLC is a small business in Snellville, GA. Our facility's sole purpose is to establish confidence, growth, sound judgment, and positive productivity in adolescent youth. We provide a home-like environment that provides stability and supervision for teenage girls at risk or victims of abuse, abandonment, and exploitation.

DO NOT apply if you are unable to complete a clean background check and cannot be available at least 3 times a week. Also, if you are not available for starting position within 3 weeks of job offer.
Position: Available at least 1 weekend a month; Have to be available within hours listed below.
Main hours hiring: 3RD SHIFT 10p-8a Sun-Thurs; Open Availability Preferred; Can be three 10 hour shifts.
Full time at least 30 hours a week and Part time has to be available at least 3 days a week;
The Direct Care Staff is responsible for integrating love, supervision, and support!
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in cleaning, organizing, social work or group home settings is preferred.
- Provide direct care and support to adolescent girls who are dealing with trauma.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation & activities.
- Promote independence and community integration for clients.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to supervisor.
- Advocate for clients and provide supportive services.
Qualifications:
- Experience organizing, deep cleaning, meal prep, and working with children.
-Works well with teens, or individuals with developmental disabilities, or trauma is preferred.
- CPR and First-Aide certification completed & Health Physical completed within 30 days of hire- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with clients, families, and coworkers.
- Must be 21 years old and have a clean criminal record and health clearances; a valid GA driver's license; reliable transportation for possibly transporting clients to appointments or community outings (mileage paid if necessary) preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Understanding of person-centered care principles and ability to implement them in daily interactions; adheres to agency safety protocols.
- Must feel comfortable supervising and working with children 12-18 years old whose mental health compacities can vary.
Note: Prior foster care, group home, DFCS, and teenager experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
