: Colossus Harbor / Colossus Belmont: Part time / Full time : $20–$22 per hour: Non-Exempt

About the Role The Dishwasher is responsible for washing all dishes associated the business operation, helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facilities and assisting with bussing and wiping down tables.

What You’ll Do

• Wash all store dishes(including: pots,pans, sheet trays, large mixing bowls etc…) , baking , kitchen and front of house equipment by hand / or using dishwashing machine
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean floor floor drains
• Take out trash and recycling
• Break down boxes
• Bussing and wiping down tables
• Help with food running during busy hours
• Clean and dust walls and other areas of the shop
• Hose off floor mats
• Maintain clean trash receptacles
• Maintain cleanliness & organization of dry dish area
• Maintain cleanliness & organization of dirty dish area
• Clean and scrub high traffic floor areas
• Wipe down baseboards
• Help receive and put away orders
• Close down dish area at end of day using closing checklists

*Duties may vary by shift and business needs and may include additional related tasks.

How You Qualify

• Kitchen, Dishwashing or previous food service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts reliably
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Your Environment & Physical DemandsWork in a commercial kitchen with exposure to heat, noise, and cooking equipment. Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive kitchen tasks. Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
