Key Skills/Responsibilities

Suite stays beside the Amarillo Civic Center. Our two-room suites are in the heart of downtown Amarillo, adjacent to the Amarillo Civic Center. Cadillac Ranch and the Amarillo Botanical Gardens are within 15 minutes. Our hotel features an indoor pool, dry sauna, fitness center, and event space for up to 1,000 guests. About Us

Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
