Energetic Afternoon Nanny

Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $45/hour + paid time off & sick days
Start Date: Around June 19th
Additional: Occasional overnights required during horse competitions

A busy, fun-loving family in Greenwich is seeking a proactive and energetic afternoon nanny to support their four children—ages 15 (boy), 13 (girl), and 9-year-old twin boys. The ideal candidate is youthful, engaging, and has a “camp counselor” personality: someone who is friendly, hands-on, and naturally takes initiative.

Responsibilities include:

• School pickups and driving to after-school activities (family vehicle provided)
• Light meal prep for the children
• Assisting with homework and school projects
• Light household organizing (kid areas, backpacks, etc.)
• Occasional overnights when the 15-year-old has horse competitions
• The home also includes four dogs and two cats, so comfort around animals is a must.

Requirements:

• 3 years of more experience with multiple children in a private home
• Strong childcare references
• Pass a background check
• Clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification

This position is perfect for a younger nanny with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a team-player mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
