ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Involvement in planning and designing civil engineering work.
• Preparation of design and technical specifications for tenders.
• Preparation of tender documents for the bidding of projects.
• Review drawings, Precast shop drawings & methods of the statement submitted by the contractor.
• Liaise with design engineers, main contractors & specialist contractors for technical issues.
• Ensure proper site documentation control and records.
• Coordinate internally with inter-departments and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating with project planning, documentation, and execution of work on site.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Management of project (end-to-end stage)
• Deployment to client site for regular preventive and emergency maintenance work
• Technical support for the client site.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering with min 3 years of experience in engineering work and/or construction industry
• Civil , Mechanical and/or Electrical knowledge / trained / experience
• Possess BCSS certificate
• Familiar with tender technical document preparation
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills, and a “can-do” attitude
• Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to perform night shift hours when required
