Rana's is a newly opened Indian Grill House. Our vision is simple. It is to provide exceptional quality Indian dishes, prepared and served with a modern contemporayr twist.

We are looking to appoint Front of House Team Members to work under our Restaurant Management Team to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us from the moment they come through the door until the moment they leave. Front of House staff will play a pivotal role in the dining experience.

Previous experience is essential. Outgoing, customer/solution focussed attitudes are essential as is the ability to work as part of a team to bring the best possible dining experience for our customers.

Duties

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, demonstrating strong upselling skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in food preparation, adhering to food safety standards and culinary practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent hospitality at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential; we welcome candidates wanting to build on their experience.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards is a must.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest services and a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role.
