Meritus Health is seeking a skilled Epic Resolute Healthcare Billing Analyst to drive meaningful improvements in revenue cycle management (RCM) and healthcare operations. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to shape critical systems and empower clinical and business teams through smart technology and streamlined workflows.
What You’ll Do
Under the guidance of our Director, you’ll:
- Configure, implement, and support Epic billing systems (Professional and Hospital Billing modules)
- Develop workflows, manage system documentation, and train end users on Epic functionality
- Analyze operational procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions
- Collaborate across departments to ensure systems meet complex billing and healthcare requirements

Work independently to build components, test functionality, and provide 24/7 system support
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare experience, ideally in hospital or large medical center settings
- Experience with Epic systems preferred, especially Resolute Billing
- Familiarity with billing, scheduling, HIM, access services, and clinical workflows

Strong understanding of hospital/physician billing, system configuration, and data analysis
- Epic Resolute Billing certification (or willingness to obtain within 6–12 months)
- Proficiency in Epic applications, data analytics (SAS, JMP), and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, TJC)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Ability to lead meetings, manage priorities, and drive change independently
