Job Description
The dishwasher ensures that all kitchen equipment, dishware and kitchen areas are well maintained, clean and sanitary for both staff and guests.

Properly maintain and run the dish-washing machine

Make sure the line, pastry, and restaurant have the service ware needed for the day (i.e. proper flatware serving utensils, plates and cups)

Make sure the kitchen has all dishes, silverware and cups for mealtime and maintain the proper par. Along with checking on cleanliness, removing – replacing dishes and food when needed

Maintain a good working relationship with staff, management, and guests.
- Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Requirements
Must understand the importance of customer service and strong work ethic. Must be reliable, motivated and ready to work in a professional environment. This position is for overnight shift 5pm-1am, averaging around 30 hours a week.
