Experienced Night Nanny / Newborn Care Specialist Needed for Family Expecting Twins

Schedule: 5 nights/week, 10-hour overnight shifts (flexible based on candidate availability)

This warm and welcoming Pb+J family is preparing for the arrival of twins and is seeking a seasoned and supportive Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) or Night Nanny to help guide them through the early months. They previously partnered with one of our wonderful nannies for their first child, and now, with two little ones on the way, they’re hoping to build another strong relationship with a knowledgeable, calm, and compassionate professional.

The Ideal Candidate

The right fit will have substantial experience caring for newborns—preferably twins—and a strong understanding of the needs of premature infants, including oxygen support. A calm, confident presence, clear communication with parents, and expertise in infant sleep shaping and feeding routines are essential.

This family values collaboration and already has a full-time daytime nanny they love, so being a team player is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight care for newborn twins
• Manage feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and sleep support
• Maintain detailed logs of sleep, feeding, and any observations
• Wash and sanitize bottles, pump parts, and pacifiers
• Support healthy sleep habits and routines
• Offer guidance to parents around feeding, soothing, and newborn care

Additional Details

• Twin experience and/or experience with preemies or oxygen support strongly preferred
• Willingness to transition into some daytime hours if mutually agreed upon
• Legal pay (W-2) offered
• Guaranteed hours available
• Must be comfortable with dogs in the home
