Experienced TikTok Live Stream Host

SHINE BEAUTY COMPANY INCRESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with livestream hosts to develop and execute promotional strategies based on their niche, target audience, and buyer personas to drive sales growth.

Provide comprehensive product training, covering functionality, features, and key selling points.

Create strategic styles for our livestream hosts and design the layout for all aspects of the livestream room setup.

Manage daily livestream operations, including TikTok account setup, scheduling, video content creation, and ongoing support and communication.

Regularly monitor streams and review performance data with hosts to improve results.

Consistently provide value to livestream hosts and maintain long-term partnerships with top talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) in Chinese and English.

The candidate must have strong experience(At least 6 months) on Tik Tok Operation.

Must have a strong passion for the entire industry and show exceptional enthusiasm.

Douyin or Red Note experience is a plus.

Excellent project management and analytical skills

Well-versed in social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Pay:$18-$22

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Weekends as needed

New York, NY 10018: Relocate before starting work (Required)
