Facility Coordinator - After Hours and Weekends
We are looking for a hybrid Facilities Coordinator for after hours and weekends to support our fast-paced Facility Maintenance Division within The Barron Companies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requests from multiple clients, handling after hours service requests, including weekends.
- Communicate effectively with field teams and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide top-tier customer service, resolving conflicts with customers, vendors, and internal teams in a calm and professional manner.
- Handle stressful situations and meet tight deadlines while managing competing priorities.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with field teams to facilitate effective communication between the field and the client.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Act quickly and efficiently to meet customer and internal needs.
- Support customer growth by providing great service and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate well with your team to achieve goals.
What you will be doing………..
This is the ideal position for a knowledgeable and collaborative person who has a passion to assist customers on the phone and fulfill service orders in a timely and professional manner. This is an evening and weekend position and does not require travel or hands-on maintenance work. The candidate will be using his or her knowledge of property maintenance and repairs to process work orders for multiple properties throughout the United States.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in multi-site Facilities Maintenance, either as a vendor, vendor aggregator, or client-side.
- Proficiency in multiple software systems.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
