Fashion Stylist

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for our clients. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing personalized styling services, assisting customers with their selections, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their styling needs.
• Assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising techniques.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Perform stocking duties to ensure shelves are replenished with merchandise.
• Utilize POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and inventory management.
• Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in an apparel and luxury store or similar environment.
• Proficient in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction handling.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Experience in merchandising to create attractive product displays.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $150.00-$500.00 per month

Expected hours: 33 per week
