Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with excellent written English skills to handle customer queries and support via Email and WhatsApp. This role offers flexible working hours with day and night shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via Email and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Handle complaints professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and courteous communication.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Email & WhatsApp Web.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in both day and night shifts as per requirement.
