Summary

We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Tim Hortons. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while supporting your team members in delivering high-quality food and beverage products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.65-$16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
