The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of Babies.
This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to implement engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of each child.
Duties
- Implement, and follow daycare policies.
Implement lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
-Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
-Collaborate with parents to discuss children's development, address concerns, and share progress updates.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
Conduct regular assessments of children's skills and development in line with early childhood education standards.
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in classroom management, childcare, or daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Certification in First Aid is a plus.
- Previous experience as a nanny or in infant care can be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine love for working with young children and helping them grow.Job Summary

- Supervise daily activities, including snack time, playtime, and rest periods to ensure safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
- Strong background in behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among children.
- Proven experience in care giving or babysitting roles involving young children.
- Knowledge of classroom management strategies to maintain an organized learning environment.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices and developmental milestones for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
