Key Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately handle financial transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and balance revenue and expense accounts.
- Front Desk Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Nightly Reports: Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other essential data to the management team.
- Security: Monitor security cameras and perform routine security checks throughout the property to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.
- Accounting: Reconcile and balance cash drawers, perform audits of guest accounts, and report any discrepancies or irregularities.

Room Reservations: Assist guests with making reservations, including answering inquiries about rates, availability, and amenities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., property management systems).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during nighttime hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
