Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with medical or dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Previous experience in office management or as an administrative clerk is advantageous.
