We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional guest service skills and a strong background in hospitality. This role is crucial in ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service, contributing to an outstanding overall experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, and billing information.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for guest needs.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the overall guest experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with guests and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
