Full Time Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management as necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable, enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of basic math for accurate transactions.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and food handling procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
