Full Time Service Crew

Your Role:

• Lead the floor team with a collaborative mindset and strong people management
• Manage bar inventory and ensure all ingredients are labeled, stored, and rotated properly
• Uphold quality control by ensuring all food and beverages meet the brand’s standards for preparation and presentation
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues on the spot
• Guide and train new hires to meet service standards, while also mentoring and developing existing team members
• Manage procurement and receiving processes for bar-related supplies
• Ensure the team adheres to grooming and hygiene protocols
• Monitor and maintain bar equipment, flagging any concerns promptly to management
• Support the company in future growth and new outlet development
• Take part in daily operations: customer orders, drink preparation, food service, cashiering, and general upkeep
• Deliver attentive service to VIP guests and ensure they feel well taken care of
