Job Description
We're looking for a knowledgable manager to join the team at Homebrew Tap Oxton, a tap room serving up craft beer, wines and spirits from across the globe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and motivate staff to deliver great service to customers.
- Manage all aspects of stock including regular ordering and stocktaking.
- To comply with all licensing regulations and promote the business in line with company guidelines.
- To ensure the venue is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.
- Plan future ideas and development of the venue, drinks etc with owners.
- To manage and account for all financial transactions.
From £27,080 per annum (rising upon completion of a successful probation period)+ 28 days holiday.
