Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome members upon arrival and assist guests according to established standards and procedure.
- To handle all F&B aspects and any other items requested by guests.
- To provide information, courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.
- Assist in baggage handling
- Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners
- Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.
- Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external customers.
- Other ad-hoc duties
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Class 3/3A driving license (preferred)
- Able to work on shift rotations,weekends and public holidays
- Familiar with Changi Airport’s rules and regulation is an advantage
- Physically fit to carry out task, carry bags of up to 30kg if required
- Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible
- Training will be provided
- Able to work permanent night shift
