Essential Job Functions

Guest Service

• Offer guests assistance whenever possible.
• Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
• Answers inquires pertaining to hotel policies and services.
• Must appropriately address guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotels services and accommodations.
• Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property.
• Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
• Efficiently handle all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks or travelers checks.
• Ensure that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies.
• Promotes Choice Privileges Rewards program with every guests and provides recognition and benefits to all.
• Keeps a log of all guest requests and arrangements.
• Assists guests with facsimiles, emails, and packages/mail.

**Position may include graveyard shifts**
