## Overview

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. We are looking for someone that has flexibility and is available both 1st shift (7am to 3 pm) and 2nd shift (3pm to 11 pm). Weekend availablity is a must.

## Duties

- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

- Process reservations and cancellations accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Assist with night audit procedures as needed

## Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred in a hotel or resort setting

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
