We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team. We are accepting application for full-time employment.
This position includes weekends, night shifts and overnight shifts.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate
- Team Certified (annually)
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Works closely with all Department Managers
Responsible for Daily Guest Services Operations:
- Train and navigate within Total E
- Check guests in and out
- Implement overnight room reservations
- Maintain room rates and packages
- Answer phones for resort and “on call” service
- Full knowledge and understanding of phone system
- Knowledge of Resort amenities and events
- Assist in administrative tasks for all departments - Making Sales Packets, Laminating, Daily Journal Scanning of Tee Sheets, Cash Drop Sheets
- Processes Checks and enters refunds as requested by Controller
- Report and track maintenance requests
- Respond to Guest Services emails
- Communicate with Housekeeping regarding guest room status
- Process gift cards
- Post payments to Total E
- Ring in/sell sundries
- Check public bathrooms for cleanliness every 2 hours
- Ensure cleanliness of resort lobby area and main hallways
- Monitor cigar humidor (humidity and temp is in range)
- Winter maintenance support - posting signage, salting walkways, remove water on walk off matt and outside portico doors and side and Tavern entrance doors
- Completes Emergency training for fire panel, fire alarm, elevator services, evacuations and any additional emergency training that is developed
- TEAMS training will be required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to walk the length of the facility
- Must be able to climb stairs
Prior hotel and customer service is preferred, yet willing to train the right candidate.
Must be available to work days, nights (including overnights), weekends and Holidays as scheduled.
