Your Role

As a Care Assistant , you will support individuals with daily activities, including:

Providing companionship
Assisting with shopping, cleaning, and household tasks
Preparing meals
Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
Assisting with medication management
Offering overnight care and support

Who We’re Looking For

Passionate about delivering high-quality care
Available full-time or part-time (16+ hours per week), especially 08:00-1300, 16:00-21:00, and weekends
Living in or near the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
Eligible to work in the UK
