We are looking for a Head Waiter/ Head Waitress/ Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at Waterman.

Waterman Restaurant is one of Belfast’s best restaurants serving great food, unparalleled service, culinary creativity, and exquisite wines. Located in Belfast City centre, minutes away from Belfast’s Mac and many 4 & 5* hotels.

Key Areas of Responsibility

As a Head Waiter/ Supervisor, you will support the Manager and lead the Front of House team within the restaurant, with an ability to train and develop a team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You are confident in handling calls, recording bookings, and dealing with requests. An understanding of cash handling and stock control procedures. Training will be provided using our systems and procedures in place.

You will need to have excellent organisational, communication and outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating a memorable customer experience to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved. Also, you will need to be a team player, with a positive attitude to work.

A minimum of at least one year's previous Restaurant Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Salary: Minimum £12.00 per hour (depending on previous experience)
