Job Overview
We're currently looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team in Rossington. This rewarding role involves supporting clients in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support
• Preparing meals and managing medication in line with care plans
• Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to develop and follow tailored care plans
• Keeping clear, accurate records of care provided and reporting any health concerns
• Ensuring all care is delivered safely and in compliance with health and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in home care or healthcare is ideal but not essential – training is available for the right person
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic IT skills for logging care notes and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A kind, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for helping others
