Position: Home Health Care Aide Availability: Weekends, Day and Night Shifts Required

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, professional care to clients in accordance with their individual needs.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills in delivering care.
• Contribute to, collaborate on, and implement Wellness Plans to enhance clients' overall well-being.
• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Aid in meal preparation, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition and dietary requirements are met.
• Provide medication assistance, ensuring proper administration and adherence to prescribed schedules.
• Observe and document changes in clients' condition, reporting any concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and specialized dementia care, promoting social engagement and mental stimulation.
• Assist clients with mobility and exercise programs as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of clients' progress and care.

Requirements:

• Valid certification or license as a Home Health Aide.
• Prior experience in providing home care services, preferably with seniors or individuals with special needs.
• Weekend(alternating off), day and night shift availability to meet client needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to think critically, take initiative, and solve problems independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes as needed.
• Proficiency in recording and documenting client information accurately.
