**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team, specializing in domiciliary healthcare. In this role, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals, delivering high-quality care directly to patients within their own homes.

**Responsibilities:**

• Support clients in a home care environment
• Provide compassionate and respectful assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Foster effective communication and rapport with clients and their families, ensuring their comfort, trust, and satisfaction with the care provided.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clients records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and traveling to clients' homes as needed, prioritizing patient care and safety at all times.
• Drive to different locations as needed

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in home care or care home settings is preferred but not necessary as adequate training will be provided.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English

- Right to work in the UK is essential – Please note: We are not offering Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) or visa switch options at this time.

- Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving license – This is essential as the role involves travelling between clients.

-Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
