This is a Community Domiciliary Role & you will be visiting customers around Swindon.

We are hiring staff for shifts 07.00am - 15.00pm & 15.00pm - 23.00pm & 08.00am - 14.00pm & 18.00pm - 23.00pm & 16.00pm - 22.00pm. All hours availible and this job role could easily fit around your lifestyle & children.
- Must be able to commit working every other weekend.
- Must Drive and have your own car.
A valid driving licence is preferred as it will be necessary to travel between locations
The job role varies depending on the setting but could include, and not limited to: Personal care, sitting with and keeping Service Users company, assisting with food/fluid prep, general domestic duties, medication support, moving and handling.
· Full time or Part time positions available.
· Days, Evenings, weekends. No Night Shifts.
· Starting from £12.21 per hour depending on experience / qualification (£10.50 for 18 - 20 year old)
Mileage paid in addition to wages at 40p per mile
. MUST DRIVE AND HAVE A CAR.

Responsibilities
- Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Monitor and report changes in service users' health status to the office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for service users in their homes by keeping properties clean and tidy & adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage service users in social activities and provide emotional support.
- Document care provided and report any concerns.
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or care home setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- A valid driving licence & car is preferred for traveling between locations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
- A caring attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our service users.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
