We provide support built around each person individually ensuring that they are always at the focus of everything we do. We support our family with everyday needs from personal care, fun and engaging hobbies, and pastimes, communicating and connecting with their relatives, chilling, and relaxing

Shift times are 20:00 - 8:00AM.

We always offer contracted hours so you will always be guaranteed work, there's no zero hour contracts at Kepplegate

We believe that comfort is a must so that's why we offer a non-uniform policy

You will be paid extra for any overtime you do and we offer bank holiday pay with an increased rate for night shifts.
