We’re looking for a talented Volumetric Concrete Mixer Driver to join our team!
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating volumetric concrete mixers, delivering high-quality concrete to construction sites across the Sussex. If you have the right attitude and experience, you could be the next champion HGV driver we’re looking for!
What We’re Looking For
- HGV Class 2 Licence
- Up-to-date Driver CPC Card
- 30 years of age or above (for insurance purposes)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Responsibilities
- Operate the volumetric concrete mixer safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all driving regulations.
- Deliver concrete to various job sites while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with our office and site personnel regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols while on the road and at delivery sites.
