HGV Technician | Hounslow / Feltham | Starting £18.50 - £21.00 per hour (Negotiable) + Overtime + Pension + Benefits

Due to progression within the company, I am now seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced HGV Technician to work nights.

The company which is a independently owned group, has expanded quite substantially over the past few years, with large investment into facilities and staff.

As HGV Technician you will be maintaining and servicing HGV units.

Further opportunities for those with ambition will arise for internal promotion.

For this position the following is required;

• Minimum 4 years proven and stable full employment background working as a commercial / HGV Technician within a busy independent or main HGV dealers
• Be qualified to NVQ Level III or City and Guilds Level II in Vehicle Mechanics
• Be able to use diagnosis machines
• Have effective time management skills
• Strong workmanship
• MUST be eligible to work in the UK

Your duties;

• To maintain and repair trucks at busy site
• To fault find diagnose
• MOT Preparations
• Vehicle safety inspections
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Some welding and fabrication
