Full-Time, Year Round - 11pm to 7am Shift.

What You Will Bring To The Role
The Front Desk Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel transactions, by reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, telephone operation and reservations.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Would Be
Previous hotel night auditor experience, preferred.
1-2 years of front desk experience or similar customer service experience preferred
Previous Cash Handling Experience Preferred
A self-motivator who has a passion to deliver amazing customer service.

What You Will Bring To The Role
The Front Desk Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel transactions, by reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, telephone operation and reservations.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Would Be
- Oversee the guest experience during the overnight shift and assist with guest resolution/service recovery as needed.
- Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc. to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing.
- Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports.
- Balance and close all bank ticket codes, daily.
- Run night audit final after ensuring all revenues are in balance nightly.

Perform the duties of a Front Desk (guest check-in and check-out, assist guests, provide general information on hotel and nearby attractions)
Previous hotel night auditor experience, preferred.

Required Characteristics
- This position is strictly an overnight position and interested candidates must be able to work from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

The hospitality industry requires that employees present a professional image at all times. This includes providing courteous and attentive customer service. Employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Regular attendance in accordance with company standards is essential for success in this position.
