Hospitality Assistant

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable hospitality assistants with a proven working experience in a bar and catering environment of at least 12 months.

This is for a zero hour at minimum wage contract for shift work covering mainly weeknights and weekends (especially functions) so candidates must be flexible and reliable. Some weekday availability would be a bonus!

We are a busy members club who accommodate external functions, open from 11am until late, 7 days a week throughout the year and shifts are provided on a weekly rota basis.

Applicants must be 18 years old and over due to the nature of the work.

Summary

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be integral to delivering outstanding service and enhancing the guest experience in our establishment. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, your core skills in serving and hospitality will be essential as you assist with catering and food preparation tasks. Your experience in restaurants and food safety will ensure compliance with health standards while providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high level of hospitality and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the dining experience and address guest needs promptly.
