Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at Super 8 Motels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Manage phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Laundry
- Breakfast set up and manage until 7 am.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage.
