Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor ensures smooth operations during overnight hours, manages front desk tasks, provides excellent guest service, and performs nightly accounting duties. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality skills, enjoys working independently, and is committed to delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
• Complete nightly audits of financial transactions and balance all accounts.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about hotel amenities and local attractions to assist guests.
• Prepare daily summary reports of hotel activity, occupancy, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or guest service experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Good phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
• Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.

Schedule: Friday through Tuesday – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
