We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Experience Crew Members to join our team. As an Experience Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience, making every interaction memorable.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas to enhance the guest experience.
• Utilize phone systems to manage reservations and communicate with guests effectively.
• Support night audit procedures as needed, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions.
• Foster positive guest relations by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about hotel services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems or front desk operations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• A commitment to providing excellent service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
