Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for Hygiene operatives to join the busy Hygiene team at the Prepared Poultry site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough cleaning of production areas, lines and equipment
- Record completed cleaning tasks on daily task sheets.
- To carry out general and specific hygiene duties in accordance with the methods and safe systems of work detailed on the factory / equipment cleaning instruction cards, at the specified frequency
- Assist in achieving departmental KPI targets
- To provide a safe working environment for oneself and any other factory personnel working in your area
- To carry out daily duties and achieve targets as specified by your Team leader or Manager
- To ensure that all open product is removed from the immediate area or covered prior to the use of cleaning chemicals
- To report all accidents, breakages, allergen spillage or damage to machinery, equipment or fabric to your Team leader or Manager
- To ensure that you only carry out duties, use knives and/or handle cleaning chemicals for which you have been trained and authorised
- To ensure that after cleaning departments are left in a clean, tidy, uncluttered, hygienic condition ready for production
Shift is 4on/4off 18:00-6:00am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.55 per hour
