Ice Cream Server

Job Overview:
We are a small, craft ice cream shop seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our customers. This is a fast-paced and fun environment where you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in food service and customer interaction.

Must be 16 or older to apply.

Minimum of 15 hours (3 shifts/week).

Evening and weekend availability.

Duties:
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Assist customers in selecting flavors, toppings, and sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream station and dining area
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Prepare ice cream cones and other menu items according to customer preferences
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries about flavors, ingredients, and allergens

Skills:
- Experience with Square or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food service procedures
