If you have a client who is an Indiana Medicaid Waiver Recipient, we invite you to bring them to our agency! Based on their approved weekly hours, you could earn $18-$20 per hour with opportunities for overtime pay. We are currently offering a sign on bonus to qualified professionals who bring their own clients to our agency. This incentive is our way of welcoming dedicated providers who are ready to continue delivering excellent care.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and follow care plans.
• Encourage social engagement and community participation to promote independence.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Keep accurate documentation of care provided while following HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide mobility assistance, including safe lifting when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in caregiving (preferred), particularly in group homes or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification (a plus!).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
• Flexible availability to accommodate client needs.
