Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Independent Investment Banker / M&A Advisor with some work from home flexibility. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as deal origination, financial modeling, due diligence, providing strategic advisory, and facilitating financial transactions for clients engaged in cross-border M&A activities.

Position

MERGERSCORP is an International Investment Bank with offices worldwide, specializing in M&A advisory for the middle market. We serve over 110 Investment Bankers and M&A advisors in 23 countries focused on mid-market M&A transactions, corporate finance and deal advisory.

We invite reputed finance professionals and M&A advisors to become Independent Dealmakers in our Investment Banking and M&A Network. A whole back office will back members and have the support of M&A specialists.

Requirements

• Over a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, funds, private equity, or mergers and acquisitions.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical background in finance and business administration.
• Committed to collaborative teamwork.
• In-depth expertise in specific industry sectors.
• Expertise in Due Diligence processes
• Strong understanding of global markets, regulations, and financial trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
