Industrial Painter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint and coatings to various industrial products. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety while ensuring that all painting tasks are completed efficiently. We mostly spray rig equipment such as masts, buildings, dog houses ect. Looking for both day shift and night shift applicants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Apply paint, primer, or other coatings using spray guns or brushes.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to assist in the painting process.
• Utilize cranes to move materials safely within the work area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial painter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
